Can OpenCanada.info tracker explain the drastic increase of "sudden Deaths" among children and youth?
A short tutorial on how to use Open Canada deaths tracker and more about young who died suddenly
These are the pictures of just a few children whose cause of death remains unknown (more can be found in the links at the bottom).
These deaths are definitely not from COVID-19, as indicated by the image below taken from https://health-infobase.canada.ca/covid-19/current-situation.html. The image shows that children practically have no reported cases of death due to COVID-19. Throughout the entire pandemic, there have been only 62 reported cases of death among children (age 0-19). There were very few of these reported cases during the time period (January 2022) when "Excess deaths among young Canadians" were observed, according to Statistics Canada Excess Mortality Dashboard.
So what these were deaths from? How do official sources explain them?
Watch “Hundreds of fully vaccinated children are suddenly dying in Canada”: https://www.brighteon.com/ddccc24d-7f2c-4f2d-881f-9bc2b0d0b763
How does this explanation match the data from Statistics Canada ?
Open www.OpenCanada.info, in the Main dashboard, uncheck “Use Simplified Layout”, select “0 to 44 years”. “Males” and “Females” - for Canada
Then for provinces and ”Enable interactivity” so that you can view the exact numbers and dates by hovering with your mouse (or finger) over the image
What do the ‘Deaths by Age’ (Main dashboard) data show ?
For BC, for the week ending 2021-11-01 we have 16 deaths that are in “excess over prepandemic” in Males (shown in the image), and 6 in Females.
These data confirm the higher rate at which children are dying now. But it does not show causes.
What to the ‘Deaths by cause’ data show ?
Go to StatCan → Death by Cause (Weekly) page, select All Causes, adjust dates.
By default, the App shows per million and with flexible scale (you can uncheck those in menu). Black line shows prepandemic average. Note this dataset shows data combined for all ages.
Now you can make your own observations.
Observations:
The largest increase is observed in the categories "Cause undefined" and "Information not available" (the second and third rows from the bottom).
The number of COVID deaths (5th and 6th rows from the bottom) is less than 50% of the deaths reported above the pre-pandemic period.
It is understandable that you may have concerns regarding these excess deaths, especially among children. If you believe there is a need for further investigation, it may be appropriate to request authorities to conduct a national investigation to determine the causes of these excess deaths, including those involving children.
If you believe there may be foul play involved, it is also within your rights to report your concerns to the police and request them to initiate an investigation into the circumstances surrounding these deaths.
